This allows you to make a loud sound, such as a billowing fart, in their general vicinity to wake them from their slumber. If done correctly, it will provoke them to jump out of the bed, thus snapping said female sanitary device from it's hold and causing extreme embarassment for her, and sweet revenge for you.
