A term for persons, men (in general) who get turned on by hairless sexual organs(Hairless because of low age, the person have not yet reached puberty).
Often attracted to individuals with a lower intellect, thus a lower(too low, maybe?) age.
I do not want my daughter anywhere near that guy, he is a P-man!
