What is Po-chow?

You saw po-chow to add sound effect to your life. Some might do it because they're sad and pathetic, and others because they need to make their life more interesting.
You walking into class and while dropping/sliding your book onto your desk you say "Po-Chow!".
You fighting with someone and you go "Po-Chow!"
If you're very hyper, remember to say "Po-Chow!"
