When you take a runny shit in your partner's mouth, they eat it, than you stick your finger down their throat to make them puke it back up. When they puke you forcably hold their mouth shut so that it all is forced out their nose. Bonus points are added for distance sprayed and if corn or peanuts are involved.
I told my girlfriend that if she really loved me, she'd let me give her a Pocono Nosejob. She got a peanut stuck in there and we had a rather embarrasing night in the emergency room.
