What is Pokemon Kid?

These are kids who's social life in elementary school revolved around pokemon i.e. trading pokemon cards etc. Once in middle school they continued because they are lagging behind in maturity. It is also a politically correct way of calling a kid a nerd in middle school.
John is such a pokemon kid, he wore a dinosaur tee shirt to the sixth grade social.
