What is Polish Art Movies?

The movies which don't have any action in them and most don't even have a real plot. Instead there are lots of absurd and incomprehensible themes and symbolism. All the wannabe artists go to see these movies and it makes them feel they are better than all the others who enjoy romantic comedies and action films made in Hollywood.
"I don't want to see the Incredible Hulk!"
"Whatever, let's go to your place and watch one of your Polish art movies then!"
