When a persons main topic of conversation is their lack of money on a daily, hourly, minute basis. They constantly insinuate their lack of funding in hopes that the person they are speaking with will offer them some cash. When in public, they pretend to have forgotten their money so that the rest of their party will feel bad and cover their cost
I don't answer the phone when her broke ass calls cuz she's always po'mouthin.
