What is Poo Gobbler?

an infant, who unsuspecting to its parents, removes its own diaper and plays with and eats its own poo. This usually occurs when the child is in its crib and is believed to be sleeping.
Mom: Can you believe the baby took off her poopy diaper again?
Dad: Did she eat some poo?
Mom: Yep.
Dad: Damn, she is such a little poo gobbler, I hope she grows out of it.
