During anal sex, a male may remove his pee-pee from the lady's hoo-hah. His pee-pee then may be covered in large amounts of fecal matter which he then smears all over the lady's face. The lady then retaliates by standing up (whilst covered in feces) and growls and chases the man in various places, acting very monster-ly. NOW SHE IS THE POO POO MONSTER!
Girl 1: "OMG YOURE SUCH A POO POO MONSTER!"
