What is Poofed?

To have left without warning; vanished.
Used mostly in an online context when a friend stops talking without using an away message. Derived from the typical magic act of the magician dissapearing in a poof of smoke.
I was talking to Aiden on AIM when he just poofed for 20 minutes.
2.
Synonymous with pooped. Poofed means to fell tired, exhausted, or worn-out.
Nick told Berkley to go study before she became completely poofed.

The cat was agitated. His tail was poofed out.
There was a strong wind today. Her skirt poofed out as the wind caught it.
