What is Poofters On Parade?

The name of a parade held every year on the main street of almost every city in the USA. In the parade, the pouves wear nothing but jock straps and ride on floats, on which they mince, prance, and blow kisses to the admiring crowds of white liberals. All good white liberals attend at least one of these parades to make sure they are seen celebrating diversity.
Hillary Clinton was honored to be named Exalted Grand Marshal of the annual Poofters on Parade parade. She declined to wear nothing but a jock strap, but blew kisses to all the white liberals on the sidewalks.
