What is Pooh-mom?

A short, pudgy, black girl with a 1/4" ponytail pulled back with an oversized scrunchy, who wears such items of clothing as whinny the pooh shirts, tapered jeans, tigger socks, and tweaty bird back-pak purses.

"Mom" refers to someone who is wearing something ugly, or who is just ugly or stupid looking, and when i see them I sarcastically ask "Mom, can I please look like that, or wear what they're wearing?" - shortened to: "Mom"
