What is Poonlony?

Back in the early 90's there was a kid named Polony. He came up with the way to live in Allentown Pa. Whenever he came up with something out of the ordinary (mostly ways to pick up chicks), his friends would call it a Poonlony. Basically, it is coming up with new, out of the blue ideas.
Coming up with a new style for picking up chicks, clothing, rap,etc. is a Poonlony.
