What is Poonquatch?

A large woman, often times unkept. At least six feet tall, poonquatches have large feet, are slightly hunched over, and most likely have hairy, hairy beaves. They are often seen wandering aimlessly around bars in a state of drunken stupor lurking for their next victim.
