What is Poop Schedule?

when you make sure you poop at the same time everyday. you usually have to plan out what you eat and when you eat it. it comes in handy when you know you are going to be around people for a while.
example 1: person 1: "now that school has started again, my poop schedule is all out of whack"
person 2:"tell me about it brah"
example 2: person 1: Tom asked me to go to dinner with him tonight, but i said no.
person 2: why not?
person 1: it interferes with my poop schedule.
