Poopichaun is a little leprechaun that visits you after a night of drinking/smoking and eating shitty food...generally after you pass out he hops up on your chin, drops trow..and defecates in your mouth. He is responsible for that God awful taste in your mouth and your stank breath after a night of buffoonery..
