What is Poopwich?

A sandwich often found in Europe made with slices of very dark whole-grain bread. Often eaten in an attempt to relieve constipation since the act of defication after eating such a sandwich is imminent.
"Man, I haven't crapped in a week, I better stop off at the café and get me a poopwich on the way home!"
