What is Pop Tall?

A slang version of the order to come to attention in the military branches, especially the U.S. Navy. The term is usually used towards a subordinate from a more senior person and is usually delivered right before an ass-chewing.
"Chief told me to pop tall, then he got dead in my ass over some stupid shit."
