This is when one takes the string with popcorn on it that one hangs on a Christmas tree for decoration off and stuffs it into someone else's butthole. Then that person plays marching band music as he/she proceeds to pull out the popcorn string. Then when the popcorn string is fully removed, all the popcorn is taken off the string and put into a bowl. Then the two people watch a movie and they have a tasty popcorn treat to eat as they watch their fantastic movie.
I love having a popcorn parade because I always get such good popcorn out of it.
