What is Pope Law?

Pope law is an organization whose members include some of the greatest minds of our time. Pope law is charged with creating rules to govern the behaviour of its members, and of society as a whole. When a new rule is proposed at a pope law party, all in attendance have the right to vote on the proposed rule. If approved, a ritualistic clinky solidifies the new Pope Law.

A bretheren of lifelong friends who gather to party and have an overall fun time. During these gatherings whenever a drinking rule is proposed the entire group in attendence will make it law via a ritualistic clinky.
