someone who has had sprog blow in thei eye and can nolonger see out of it. so therefore that person can only see out of one eye. POPEYE. These people have a tendancy to say "what the Fuck" and "why do u have to be so gay all the time" alot. So watch out.
If someone can only use one eye they are therefore known as popeye, and you should stay clear of these people because they have a tendancy to blow in other peoples eyes. these people are extreamly gay.
