Short for poor guy. A person without any cuth, usually under the influence of some sort of substance. The guy not to be at an social event or anytime in life. You say porgs when you see one.
The guy that takes his shirt off to do a keg stand(Fratch). Porgs.
The guy that falls down down drunk in front of a cop that is at his front door(Gabe). Porgs.
The guy that blows the bestman speech at his best friends wedding(???) Porgs.
