The fat that collects around the pelvic region of a women that gives off the illusion of a thick pair of underwear. Often occurs amongst women in approaching their middle age or can occur after having multiple children. Men are not immune to this phenomenon.
Often referred to as a "Fupa" or "Front Butt"
