Noun: a tendency on the part of an individual or group toward excessive or irrational fear that one has left pornography open on their computer's desktop; that one has left their pornographic magazines out in plain view; that one has left a pornographic DVD in the family room DVD player.

Matt would have had his computer repaired at Best Buy, but pornanoia kept from handing it over lest they stumble across his collection of lesbian videos.
