What is Pornocratic?

1.) A corrupt democracy often focusing on phallic desires and instant gratification of those desires. Emphasis on physical needs and attributes over morals, ethics, and education.
2.) Choosing political candidate's based solely on their superior physical attributes over another candidate with lesser attributes.
1.) The fall of Rome was due to their corrupt, decadent, and pornocratic society.
2.) Dave: "Dude, I totally voted for the hot chick for class president - did you get a look at that rack?"
John: "I voted for the candidate that was going to create fund-raisers to promote more athletic programs. Dave, your vote for a pornocratic school government will do nothing for us students."
Dave: "Yeah that's prolly true, but did you see that rack?!?"
