What is Port Clinton?

A town on a lake that has nothing but pot heads and wanna be thugs that are actually rednecks. Everyone here tends to stay here for their entire lives. All the kids do nothing but hang out after school and smoke pot. Hell some have even done it in the PAC during school hours. This small town has a bad education level compared to that of any other town in ohio. Most of all, The town spreads VD like the plague.
