What is Port Muscles?

The belief that one becomes many times stronger after consuming a large amount of Port - a sweet red high alcohol content wine. In addition to a sweet buzz, the drinker tends to believe they are stronger than they actually are - often challenging other to arm wrestling and push up contests.
After consuming a few glasses of 20% port, Ross thought he could lift up a 1 ton concrete slab. Obviously he had port muscles.
