The idiot ass realtors of the Porter Ranch area, want it to be compared to a city like Beverly Hills, only instead of Rodeo Drive adorned with Tiffany, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, it has Rinaldi Ave adorned with WalMart, Famous Footwear, and Sport Chalet! Bottom line, it's Northridge, but pimpier because it has a golf course.
