What is Postbuilder?

The frequent posting of threads in a web forum in a bid to increase ones post count in order to appear an active and interested member of a web based forum.
Often, these individuals posts are little more than a one word or one line post with little to no relevance or use regarding the topic at hand.
Normally, Post Builders are younger members of a forum, keen to appear extremely active and knowledgable who, in essence, post little information of any real use.
He was new to the forum, but was a postbuilder and angered the other members.
