What is Post-dump Wipe?

When you get up from a dump, having already wiped, then wash your hands or even leave the bathroom, just to realize you have to wipe again.
Damn man...I was chillin on the couch after a massive dump, just to realize I had more paperwork to do...I hate post-dump wipes.
