What is Posteur?

Someone who posts on a thread with no idea what the topic is, and nothing relevant to say, simply for the pleasure of making noise.
From the verb "to post" and the colloquial "poseur."
His only comment on that Metafilter thread was "w00t omgwtfbbq." What a posteur.
