Postmodern Dance

What is Postmodern Dance?

1.

A dance form claiming that any movement is dance, and any person is a dancer, with or without training. As a reaction to the compositional and presentation constraints of modern dance, postmodern dance hails the use of everyday movement as a valid performance art.

The term could also be used as a more sophisticated way of describing "dancing like crazy".
