What is Postmodification?

The process by which an individual or a corporate entity modifies former philosophies and expressions of modernism as a response to the emerging postmodern culture. It is the reconstruction of modernist philosophy, art, and culture and the establishment of a postmodern culture in its place. The emphasis is on the observable changes in ambience, such as repainting a room from a neutral color to diverse and contrasting colors.
