What is Pot Talk?

The act of a black man contriversing with a fellow black man while trying to sell pot, or set the place for sale. The language often sounds like a normal sentence, not having anything to do with pot, consisting of ordinary words used in every day expresions.
"Those black men were talking pot talk, and i dont understand a damn thing"
