What is Potato Cup Potatoes?

A vegan dish consisting of potatoes, onions, and bell peppers sautéed in a pan and mixed together with some seasonings. The resulting mixture is then transported to a red plastic cup, and served with saran wrap on top sealed with a rubber band for maximum portability.
The dish is best eaten while tailgating for a concert, or attending a long outdoor event where emergency sustenance may be required.
After spending the whole day in the sun drinking beer, nothing hits the spot better than potato cup potatoes.
