What is Poulter?

Substance found under foreskin usually removed though gentle cleansing with vaseline and an ear bud. So named, as by the time it's identified, it's usually so congealed it requires “poulter or pull-ter” by finger tips to get it out. Also known as Webb secretion due to the age it's been hanging around and unwashed. Generally a regular Webb wank / Seagull throw will minimize build up.
