A Person Of Undetermined Sexual Orientation. Refers to someone who has given no clear-cut evidence of sexual preference. Doesn't refer to a person who isn't sure himself, just that those around him aren't sure.
Mary: Why isn't Pat married?
Tylor: Pat is a total pouso, we're not sure yet if he's gay or straight- I don't know who to set him up with!
