What is Power Bogan?

A quintessential Bogan. The paragon of bogan. Not your average garden variety bogan. One who receives ticks in ALL boxes indicating belonging to superior (or royal) class of bogan. Power bogans must fly the flag for all that is bogan. They must have bogan; appearance (esp. teeth/hair) dress, speech, car (or old bmx), job (illegal accepted), name, heritage, residence, diet, club allegiance, intelligence, music choice, drug choice, etc.
Oh my god, did you see that guy get arrested at the footy? He was a total power bogan.
