When a woman intentially refuses to flush her excrement in order to gain dominance over her coworkers
It is akin to a "my shit don't stink" attitude, but differs in its display of power.
"Power Logging" usually occurs in an unpleasant working environment where the owner of the power log believes that she is above her coworkers and therefore they must dispose of her waste.
The powerlog creates feelings of uneasiness within the work place environment.
"I was just in the bathroom, and it looks like Janet dropped another power log for us"
