Branch of PPG specializing in animal rights and other various activities. The organization was derived from the original PPG Gang, but one the leaders allegedly refused to support it. It caused many divisions in PPG, but in the end PPG united to support the cause. In 1999, PPAR helped save 1000 Pandas on the verge of extinction by protesting outside Panda Express Co. This and other historical events make PPAR one of the most remarkable and astoundingly beneficially gangs of the century and they continue to amass wide support from hippies and other animal fundamentalist.
