What is Prangy?

Prangy is the feeling in which one feels anxious, paranoid and scared. It could be used to describe the feeling of one self's paranoia when smoking cannabis.
It could also describe something scary such as a horror movie or a sketchy looking character residing down a dark alley.
It is the adjective of prang.
1. I'm feeling so prangy today after that messy session last night.
2. No not Fantasia, that's far too prangy for me
3. I wouldn't go behind that burger king, there are some prangy looking people back there with crowbars and whips.
