Also spelt Preener and sometimes Preanar, someone (usally a guy)about 15 or so who hangs around with tweens only so they can be praised by those naive and younger then them. Is dangerously close to a cradle-snatcher

That Toby is such a preaner. I heard he tried to hook up at lil' Sharece's party last Thursday. He gives me the creeps.
