What is Prebuckled?

Refers to the act of getting buckled before you go out. However one who gets prebuckled not only gets drunk early, but often before his buddies come over for the predrink. This results in extreme buckleling and subsequent possiblity of: Passing out, shitting ones self, sleeping with fat chicks, getting crapped on.
