A diehard internet troll that is obsessed with celebrities (epecially Kate Gosselin and rachel ray) and trolls chat rooms, message boards and blogs day and night looking for another preesi to argue about celebrities with. A favorite word of a preesi is narcissist they use it like normal people use 'the'.
When you are on a message board or chat room talking about a subject and a preesi interrupts with a totally off topic post about kate gosselin being a narcissist.or some other meaningless nonsense to disrupt the thread and get attention. An internet troll but celebrity obsessed.
