Hugely over weight girl whom looks pregnant, but really is just discustingly fat.
Stomach hangs over the pants 3 or more inches.
In being so fat, means of immaturity come through - the girl may think she is hot when really she is not. Also may constantly make fun everyone she can to make herself feel better.
"WOAH, that young girl is pregnant!?"
"No, she's a pregno- you know the ones that are just so fat they look pregnant"
