A re-definition of the word "Premises" meaning a single building.

The origin of the new word is almost certainly the Essex & Thames Police (UK)to define a "Single Building" instead of a "Group of Buildings".

It should be noted that "Premises" is the Legal Definition of Single or Multiple Buildings since well before the year 1730.
