A male wearing a flamboyantly undersized outfit with numerous flamboyant accessories in a unabashed and somewhat cocky manner. Almost always accompanied by a stupid haircut and a strut. Usually is a hipster.

Someone who mistakingly thinks they're as cool as Prince, creating a comic effect.
