What is Problem People?

The kind of people who always interupt in the middle of your sentence when your speaking to someone. They usually have no fiends and wander around and look through windows. They have nothing better to do but they usually are very disturbed and can not deal with there problems. Beware of these people. They will go tocunceling and report u to them!!! =)
I hate problem people...They just enjoy messing up mylife.
