A slang term for a person of the Protestant faith, used mostly by the Irish and British.
The next Proddie I see wearin' a Rangers jersey is gonna get smacked in the coupon!

A person who works in the television broadcast industry. They may seem self-centered and can be very annoying at times when in a group of three or more. Very funny at drunken parties often doing something crazy. They will be very "filmmaker" like or have liberal views in the left wing sense. If they don't then they are most likely nerds who wanted to do something cooler then I.T.
Typically be or know someone who attended Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga in Australia.
"Hey mate! What do you do at uni?"
"I'm a proddie"
"So that means you don't do any real university level work?"
