What is Prospital?

They have low ceilings, tiled floors, long hallways that are color corrdinated, over zealous watchmen, stupid rules, and video cameras with their own little viewing room.
Prospitals are places for keeping people against their will, just their name sake. The term was coined by one miss Emma St***m**. She wishes to remain partialy anyomous, so as to avoid stalkers.
